General terms and conditions

Our Software is a web interface application use MS SQL Server database.

Our Software is a cloud solution required good speed internet connection to work.

We provide the maximum-security methods for the system and follow guidance of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Confidentiality: Physical access control, electronic access control, Internal access control, Transfer control, Isolation control.

Integrity: Data transfer control, Data entry control.

Availability and Resilience: Availability control, Rapid recovery measures.

We are using a Data Centre, with hundreds of thousands of servers in operation, that is one of the largest data centre operators in Europe.
Since its founding in 1997, it has provided private and business customers with powerful hosting products and reliable IT infrastructure.
Our data centre won 1st place in the Service Provider Awards 2023.

For the duration of this Agreement, the Customer may open an unlimited number of support tickets free of charge, other assistance requests,
such as questions related to development - customizations or site visit may be covered through the purchase of a separate service agreement.

The customer does not have the right to attempt or contract with other parties to develop or improve the system, and if he does so, he will
bear all the legal and financial consequences resulting from that.

We do not bear any responsibility for misuse of the program by the customer.

After the conclusion of the subscription period, if the customer chooses not to renew their subscription,
we reserve the right to don’t keep the customer's database. This process will occur within a maximum of 60 days
after the subscription end date, and it will be executed without consulting the customer.

Technical support for the system is provided by our employees during working hours and official working days via phone call, chat, or remote access.

Operations within the system are the responsibility of the customer and must comply with the regulations and laws of the country in which the customer is located.

Any fees paid by the customer are non-refundable. By making a purchase, you agree to this no refund policy.

We do not offer cancellations for software license purchases. Once payment is completed and the license is issued, the transaction is final.

If the project is stopped by the client for any reason, no amount will be returned to the client and the scheduled amounts are considered due.

The services provided by us do not include any type of connection of the system with any other systems or any integration of systems,
and this can be offered with a separate agreement when needed.

Any verbal agreement or verbal promises are considered worthless if not formally proven.

The customer’s subscription means that the customer has viewed all the features and benefits in the program and agreed as they are,
and requesting modifications to them requires a separate price quote.

We have the right to change his project staff or a part of it, in this case the customer doesn’t have any objection rights
and the customer commits to avoid any professional contact with anyone of our former employee during 2 years after the delivery of the project or product.

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions would be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

The Site may contain advertisements and/or sponsorships. The advertisersand/or sponsors that provide these advertisements and sponsorships are solely responsible for insuring that the materials submitted for inclusion on the Site are accurate and comply with all applicable laws. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any advertiser or sponsor.
Termination of the subscription by us occurs in the following cases

The customer’s misuse of the service and the information contained, or the use of the services for purposes other than their intended purpose.

Violation of one of the terms and conditions of this subscription.

In the event of failure to pay financial dues on time.

To initiate the termination of the subscription, the subscriber is required to furnish an official letter to us expressing the intent to cancel the subscription.
It is imperative that this letter is submitted at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date
System customization

When the customer wishes to add new features that are not available in the system, the request is studied, and we have the right to approve or reject
that without any responsibility on him, and he has the right not to give a reason for that

Customization fees will be calculated based on the volume of work, which is evaluated by us only as it deems appropriate.

A price quote is provided for the required customization fees, which are added annually to the subscription fees, regardless of the remaining period of the subscription.

Depending on the extent of customization required, the annual fees are subject to change. These adjustments will be made in accordance with the volume and complexity of the customization requested.

The work is scheduled after receiving the customization fees according to the service provider’s agenda and the available opportunity.

Customization fees do not include any discounts or marketing offers unless this is explicitly mentioned in the marketing offer.
Training

The client gets free training for one session (distance training via the Internet).

Subscription renewal does not include any additional training in any way.

Customer will pay all staff travel to locations outside of UAE, correspondence, telecommunication- accommodation – transportation or any
other expenses necessarily incurred while engaged in your business, whether at your premises or elsewhere, these expenses should be supported
by the client, and they should correspond to our norms and policies which can be communicated based on client request
Maintenance

In the event that the performance of any obligations under this agreement is hindered, delayed, or prevented by any cause beyond the reasonable control of us,
including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, Cyber-attacks or any other uncontrollable event
(collectively referred to as "Force Majeure Event"), we shall not be responsible of any form of data lose and will not be accountable for this event.

The internal network, the Internet, and everything related to the customer is considered the responsibility of the customer, and there is no responsibility for
that on us.
We have a strict policy of keeping customer information secret and secure. We assures that:

Personal information provided shall be safeguarded using the highest standards of security and confidentiality and we will make its best efforts in this regard.

Only authorized employees shall have access to the information and those employees who violate our privacy policies shall be dealt with the normal disciplinary process.
